The Careers in Sports Workshop (CSW) is designed to bridge the talent gap in the business of sports across Africa. Positioned as a recurring platform for professional orientation, CSW empowers aspiring sports professionals by providing direct access to industry insights, career development pathways, and practical skill-building opportunities.

Each workshop is curated to spark dialogue, encourage innovation, and foster mentorship between young talents and established leaders in the African sports sector. Through immersive sessions and thematic programming, participants are exposed to non-athletic roles within the sports value chain, gaining clarity and confidence to pursue meaningful careers in the industry.
